BYO Alcohol
No alcohol is to be brought into the Barrabool complex and bags will be searched at the entrance gates. Bar facilities will be available at the circuit.

Sound System
What's the use in having a commentator if you can't hear or understand him? We have a first class P.A. system with BIG speakers to ensure you don't miss a word! It’s all on FM radio so bring your head set too!
No
Shade Tents
In the interests of better spectating for all, no shade tents will be allowed into the Barrabool complex.
VIP packages are available which include a marquee, beer garden, full catering, drinks and a prime viewing location. Click here to download the VIP package information and booking form.
Alternativly, groups can also book one of the Oceania Club Shelters for a prime viewing space with a private shelter, tables and chairs, etc. Click here to download a booking form with further details.
Kids
Playground
We will have a jumping castle and face painting to keep the kids amused. This area will be located right next to the food area's tables and chairs.
BBQ's
No BBQ’s are allowed to be brought in by the public. The Oceania Shelters can be supplied with a BBQ by order. In the event of a total fire ban, all BBQ's must be turned off. Click here for Oceania shelter info and booking form.
Parking
There will be three parking areas to accommodate the expected large crowd- parking next to the Barrabool complex in the East and West trackside car parks costs $5 per car or free parking is available in the southern car park several hundred meters away.

Pit Bikes
No pit bikes or mini bikes will be allowed in the spectator areas or car park. This WILL be enforced!
Helicopter
Joy Flights
Helicopter joy flights will be run from the Barrabool circuit giving you a birds eye view over the circuit and surrounding area. The helipad is located at the eastern side of the circuit (see the track map for location).
Pit
Safety
The competitors pit area will be open to all spectators with the following safety rules.
- No smoking or alcohol allowed- No open toe shoes allowed
Food
and Drinks
A wide selection of food and drink will be on offer around the circuit with the main food area featuring tables and chairs to dine at.
Bar
Several bars will be located around the circuit with all proceeds going towards the "Save Barrabool" campaign. Proof of age will be required.
No
Fires
No bonfires are allowed anywhere within the Barrabool complex.

Camping
Strictly no camping permitted on the premises or surrounding areas. Please click here for accommodation bookings.
Disabled
Facilities
Disabled parking and toilets will be available onsite.

Alley

First
Aid
Red Cross staff will be on hand to the general public should you need any help. Sorry, they do not have headache tablets! Riders well being is attended to by ambulance paramedics.
Security
Professional security staff will be on hand at points around the complex, to ensure a safe and family friendly weekend for all.
Official
Program
The official program will be for sale all around the circuit for $5.00 each. This full colour program will be full of not only the weekends events but also the history of the club and circuit, past riders and motorcycles, present champions, pullout posters and much, much more.

Dogs Allowed
No dogs will be allowed into the Barrabool complex (guide dogs excepted).
Moto
Trials
To be held just prior to presentations. If you have never seen Moto Trails in action you’re in for a treat. These talented riders launch their machines over seemingly impossible obstacles, without touching the ground with their feet. Watch out for the SPLAT competition where riders attempt to ride up a vertical, sleeper wall that is gradually built up in height to 3 meters and more!!
Trophy
Presentation
The presentation will be held on the stage (just past the finish line) after the completion of the final race. Make sure you stick around and cheer on your country's riders!
Photos
& Video
All spectators are free to take photos and video from the safety barriers. Only accredited media are allowed on the circuit to take photos.
Toilets
No one wants to wait in a queue for the toilet so we have an ample supply of toilets located around the circuit and in the spectator infield areas.
